That’s why we usually ask some information about our client’s business and purposes which the illustration is designed for. At this stage we determine what would be the best illustration concept for the specific target market. We come up with quotation and time schedule at this stage too.

Brining to life our customers’ ideas is the foremost priority in our illustration business. That’s why we work in close interaction with our clients to allow control and monitoring of the illustration design process. We organize daily sending of illustration sketches via e-mail for approvement by a client. Such cooperation between the client and our illustrator allows approaching to the perfect final result absolutely corresponding to how the customer wants the illustration to look like.

However many customers want us to make illustrations or graphic elements from the ground up including conception. And this is when our creative team of artists and illustrators comes in on generating ideas on the best appropriate illustration design. As a rule we involve three independent illustrators in the process to make their own illustration sketches. The sketches are sent to the client to choose the best illustration concept. The best sketch being chosen, the illustrator who has created this sketch continues working on the project. We provide the client with daily sketches until the client approves the final illustration design.

We do our best to deliver our clients only the perfectly designed illustrations in strict conformity with their purpose and aim. We allow our clients unlimited revisions of our intermediate sketches. You can freely ask our artists to redesign anything you do not like about illustration at the moment. These revisions form an essential part of the illustration design process. We consider a close cooperation between an illustrator and a client to be the only way to create the highest quality product satisfying all client’s needs.

The final illustration design being created and approved by the client, we professionally digitize the illustrations into various types of files such as CDR/AI/ PSD/EPS/JPG/GIF/PNG which you may require for different business purposes. We make sure that the illustration is optimized for web, that it has various resolutions necessary either for tiny souvenirs or for huge poster or billboards.

We will give all intermediate sketches and alternative concepts of the specific illustration project to the client for free as a gift. All rights (copyright) for the illustrations will be granted to the client so that the client would receive the whole ownership of the files and illustration concepts delivered by us.

We do not promise to deliver you a nice looking illustration or graphic design overnight. We focus all our efforts on quality of illustrations we create and we thoroughly work in synergy for the perfect carefully thought-out design. Thus we will probably need a few days to create the best illustration for you.
